Refund review is limited to items that arrive damaged or defective, are the wrong item, or materially differ from the product description. We do not offer no-reason or change-of-mind returns.
Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, a clear explanation, and photographs or other evidence that shows the issue.
Do not send an item back unless we first provide authorization and return instructions. Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.
We inspect the submitted information and, when needed, the returned item. An approved remedy may be a replacement, another appropriate correction, or a refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds can require additional processing time by the payment provider. Original shipping charges are refunded only when required by law or included in the approved resolution.
